1. Strict 21+ Age Limit Restriction

Litmosphere is an adult-use licensed establishment. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter our showroom floor at 1649 Columbia Turnpike, Castleton-on-Hudson, NY, or use our digital pre-ordering menu.

We strictly verify physical government-issued IDs for all guests. There are zero exceptions. Anyone under 21 years of age or attempting to present falsified identification will be barred immediately and reported to relevant compliance organizations.

2. Menu Reservations & Order Hold Schedules

Online ordering operates as a product reservation service, not a completed sale. Payment is strictly settled physically at our Castleton-on-Hudson registers.

All pickup reservations are held until close of business on the day of reservation: 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 9:00 PM on Sundays. Unclaimed baskets are returned to vault inventory, and repeat unclaimed reservations may result in online pre-order restrictions.

3. Regulatory Limits on Transaction Volumes

We strictly enforce the legal New York purchase limits across all checkouts. We are barred from completing sales that exceed the daily allotment (3oz loose flower, 24g concentrate) per adult per day.
