1. Customer Data Health Guarantee
At Litmosphere, we strictly respect and prioritize patron privacy and data health. This Privacy Policy documents how we securely collect, store, and utilize consumer information across our Castleton digital systems and in-store operations.
We do not sell, rent, or lease any customer identification or purchase history details to third-party data aggregators. Every data point we handle is strictly used to process compliant transactions, track loyalty points, and secure legal compliance under NY state law.
2. NY OCM Compliance Requirements
As a licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary (NYS OCM-RETL-24-000179), we are required by New York State law to verify the age of all showroom visitors using a valid, government-issued photo ID.
To prevent fraud, we record daily purchase metrics to ensure individual transactions do not exceed the legal OCM limits of 3 ounces of loose flower or 24 grams of concentrate. This database is securely encrypted, in total compliance with the Office of Cannabis Management guidelines.
